Digital Product License Agreement
Effective Date: July 11, 2026
This Digital Product License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the purchase, access, download, and use of all digital products sold through InkByGA.com, owned and operated by Value on Money (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any digital product from our Website, you agree to comply with this Agreement.
1. Digital Products Covered
This Agreement applies to all digital products available on InkByGA.com, including but not limited to:
- Online Courses
- eBooks
- PDF Books
- Digital Guides
- Templates
- Worksheets
- Checklists
- Downloadable Resources
- Educational Materials
- Video Lessons
- Audio Content
- Future Digital Products
2. License Grant
Upon successful payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased digital product for your personal, non-commercial use only.
This license does not transfer ownership of the digital product or any intellectual property rights.
3. Ownership of Content
All digital products remain the exclusive property of Value on Money and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a digital product gives you permission to use it under this Agreement. It does not give you ownership of the content.
4. Permitted Use
You may:
- Download eligible files for your personal use.
- Access purchased online courses through your registered account.
- Print reasonable portions of downloadable materials for your own study where printing is enabled.
- Use the content solely for your own learning and reference.
5. Prohibited Activities
Unless you have our prior written permission, you may not:
- Share your account or login credentials.
- Share download links with others.
- Upload our content to websites, cloud storage, forums, social media, or file-sharing platforms.
- Email or distribute purchased files to others.
- Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or redistribute any digital product.
- Copy, reproduce, modify, translate, or create derivative works for commercial purposes.
- Remove copyright notices, watermarks, logos, or branding.
- Record, download, or redistribute online course videos using screen recording or other methods.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to copy or scrape our content.
6. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must not allow other individuals to access purchased content using your account.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
7. Copyright Protection
All digital products are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized copying, sharing, or distribution may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of your account.
- Permanent revocation of access to purchased digital products.
- Refusal of future purchases.
- Civil legal action where appropriate.
- Reporting to relevant authorities if required by law.
8. Educational Use Only
Our digital products are intended for educational and informational purposes.
They do not guarantee:
- Employment
- Interview success
- Examination results
- Certifications
- Business success
- Financial outcomes
- Professional qualifications
Individual results depend on personal effort, qualifications, experience, and other factors beyond our control.
9. Availability of Digital Products
We aim to provide continuous access to purchased digital products. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to:
- Website maintenance
- Technical issues
- Security updates
- Internet service disruptions
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
We will make reasonable efforts to restore access as soon as practicable.
10. Updates

Unless otherwise stated, updates are provided at our discretion and do not create an obligation to supply future versions.
11. Refunds
Refunds for digital products are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
As digital products are generally delivered immediately after purchase, they are typically non-refundable once access or download has been provided, except where required by applicable law.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license if you:
- Breach this Agreement.
- Engage in copyright infringement.
- Share purchased content without authorization.
- Use our digital products for unlawful purposes.
Termination of your license does not affect any rights or remedies available to us under applicable law.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Value on Money shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our digital products.
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant digital product.
14. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India.
15. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Digital Product License Agreement from time to time.
The latest version will always be published on this page with the updated Effective Date.
