Digital products and online courses generally cannot be cancelled after access has been provided.

- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Other Locations: 3–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Once your order is dispatched, we will send tracking information (where available) to your registered email address.
9. What if my package is damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:

- Photos of the package
- Photos of the damaged product
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Returns & Refunds

Eligible physical products may be returned in accordance with our Return & Replacement Policy.
Digital products, including online courses and eBooks, are generally non-returnable once access or download has been provided, except where required by applicable law.
11. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days.
The time taken for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Online Courses
12. When will I receive access to my course?
Course access is generally provided immediately after successful payment.
In some cases, activation may take up to 24 hours.
13. Can I share my course with someone else?
No.
Your course access is licensed for your personal use only. Sharing your account or course materials is prohibited under our Terms & Conditions and Digital Product License Agreement.
14. What if I cannot access my course?
First, try:

- Checking your email for purchase confirmation.
- Verifying your internet connection.

eBooks & Digital Downloads
15. How do I download my eBook?
After successful payment, your eBook will generally be available through your account or via a download link sent to your registered email address.
16. Can I share my eBook with others?
No.
Your purchase grants you a personal license to use the eBook. Redistribution, resale, or sharing is not permitted.
